The growth of SAMTECH Hostel and Boiler Services is due to our fearless investment in Customer Satisfaction. No request is too small or complaint too insignificant to warrent our immediate attention.

As our Company name suggests (South African Mining Technology cc) under the auspices of which SAMTECH   Hostel and Boiler Services operates, we were created to specifically zone in on applications where our innovations and expertise would be most cost effective for our clients. A shining example is our method of cleaning gold bearings dams where the cost to client averages less than 5% of revenue generated.


AFFIRMATIVE ACTION

The Company has a policy which is in full compliance with the Employment Equity Act and is committed to the advancement of People from the preciously disadvantaged group.

Thus far the Company has one black director on board and use is made of black artisans when available.


LABOUR RELATIONS AND PERSONNEL POLICY

A full time personnel official ensures that all the requirements of the Labour Relations Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act and Employment Equity Act are complied with.

Compliance with the relevant requirements of the Minerals Act as well as the Health and Safety Act, which includes the client's Medical and Personnel screening standards are also ensured.

A full time labour consultant provides the necessary back up in dealing with sensitive issues, ensuring that the clients is not affected by problematic labour issues of the Company.


HEALTH AND WELFARE

The Company acknowledges it's corporate social responsibility and all efforts are made to assist employees in welfare related matters. All employees have a basic family funeral insurance cover, paid for by the Company.

Costing of services are structured according to the needs of the client, and no service is too big or too small for our involvement.
